The Irish Chess Union

Grandmaster Alex Baburin is organising a tournament for players aged 6 to 13. Beginners are welcome. Chess sets will be provided on the day. Please note that there will be two sections – Minor and Challenger. In both sections there will be many prizes, including trophies, medals and chess books for the winners. Please bring your own water. Please do not consume any food in the playing hall and refrain from bringing any food containing nuts as other players may be allergic to nuts. No chewing gum, please! P
