Free parking at venue. Train station is 15-20 minutes walking. Belfast bus stops on the Main Street in Moira

10 rounds of 5+5 (with a 30 minute lunch break – we advise players bring a pack-lunch)

Check-in at 10:15. Pairings will be on wall at 10:15. Please take seats by 10:25

Rounds 1-5 will be played back-to-back from 10:30 to 12:30

Lunch break: 12:30 to 13:00

Rounds 6-10 will be played back-to-back from 13:00 to 15:00. Prize-giving at 15:00

FIDE rules will apply. Remember mobile phones must be switched off and no food allowed in playing hall during games.

Tournament entry fees:

25 EURO or 20 GBP for anyone paying cash on the day (if space is still available).

12.50 Euro or 10 GBP for players paying in advance by bank transfer, Revolut, PayPal or by cash at a prior event.

Free entry for extra players from the same family.

Free entry for child members of Bangor Chess Club. This is a special Bangor Chess Club event.

Max capacity = 40 players.

Book and prepay to secure a place.

10 Engraved trophies will be awarded as prizes:
